Class Enrollment Registration Fee

Registration Fee:

A non-refundable registration fee of $25 is required for each participant enrolling or re-enrolling in a class at Greensboro Fencing Academy.

This fee must be paid at the time of registration to secure a spot in the class.

Purpose of Fee:

The registration fee covers administrative costs associated with the enrollment process, including but not limited to record-keeping, processing, and account setup.

Payment Methods:

The registration fee can be paid via the following methods:

Online by Card or ACH through the GFA’s registration portal.
In-person by Card, Cash, Venmo, PayPal or Check at the GFA’s office.
Checks made payable to Greensboro Fencing Academy.

Confirmation of Enrollment:

Enrollment in a class is not confirmed until the registration fee has been received in full. A confirmation email will be sent to the registrant upon receipt of the fee.

Refunds and Credits:

As the registration fee is non-refundable, no refunds or credits will be issued once the fee has been paid.

Exceptional Circumstances:

In exceptional circumstances, such as class cancellations by the Academy, the registration fee may be applied to future classes or refunded at the discretion of the Academy’s administration.

Agreement:

By paying the registration fee, the registrant agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
