PRACTICE GEAR

GFA provides practice gear required to teach specific skills and deliver effective lessons as part of our operating cost.  

- Practice gear includes Mask, Underarm Plastron, Jacket, Glove, and Weapon. 

Practice Gear will be provided to new fencers enrolled in Beginner Classes for three (3) months at no additional cost. 

Intermediate & advanced fencers are required to own and use personal practice gear, unless broken or unavailable. 

 A rental charge of $15 per month will be applied until a fencer has purchased personal Practice Gear.   

Practice Gear will be provided to Drop-In fencers attending a single class for an additional charge. 

- A rental charge of $5 per class will be applied for each fencer  

Fencers using electronic scoring equipment are required to own and use personal competitive gear, unless broken or unavailable.

Competition Gear will be provided to fencers enrolled in Beginner Classes at no additional cost.
